Ingram's Tips
Hello Parents,

a motor vehicle operated on the roadways, streets, or highways of this

such restraint device must be a separate carrier or a vehicle

children
aged 4 through 5 years,

belt may be used.
It is

of the vehicle under the age of 18 years is restrained by a safety belt
or by a child restraint device. It is unlawful operate a motor vehicle
in this state unless the person is restrained by a safety belt. All
